~Get Up & Go~ Morning Coffee Smoothie

My Favorite Caffeinated Breakfast Smoothie

Starting the week with a long to-do list can be exhausting. If you’re running short on time, it can be difficult to get a nutritional breakfast, in addition to your essential morning coffee. And let’s be honest. That coffee is a must! This dilemma is exactly why I created my easy to make, protein packed, “Get Up & Go” Morning Smoothie. It give you the caffeine to fuel your brain and the nutrients to fuel your body. Check out the recipe below!


6 oz Unsweetened Iced Coffee (Starbucks)

2 oz Frozen Banana Slices

61 grams Chocolate Covered Banana Halotop Ice Cream

12 grams PB2

1 Scoop Vanilla Wheysmooth (dotFIT) Protein Powder

Ice (More or less for preferred texture)


Mix all ingredients in a blender and voila! You’re ready to start the day!
