I’m a girl that loves both protein and muffins. For all of you out there that are on the same page as me, this one is for you! This recipe is super easy to make and it’s really tasty!
Recipe Makes 12 Muffins
Calories Per Muffin: 124
Protein Per Muffin: 6.8g
Fat Per Muffin: 0.7g
Carbohydrates Per Muffin: 23.7g
7 oz Bananas
2 cups Kodiak Power Cake Mix (You can find this at many stores or online HERE)
1/4 cup Egg Beaters
8 oz Dannon Light & Fit Greek Yogurt (Vanilla)
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1 tsp Cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350.
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
Spray muffin tin with low calorie oil and scoop an even amount of muffin batter into each tin.
Bake for 15-18 minutes.
Let cool for 5 minutes.
And voila! You have these delicious muffins!
